- What is a "moderator seat"?
- A seat is any Discord user who logs into the Perminator dashboard and manages at least one of your servers. You purchase the number of seats your moderation team needs.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
- Yes. You can add or remove seats from the Stripe Customer Portal at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are pro-rated.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Your configuration is preserved. On the Free plan, the audit log is filtered to the last 7 days and only your primary server is visible in the dashboard.
- Is there a trial period?
- The Free plan is permanent — no trial timer. You can explore the full feature set using the built-in preview workspace before connecting Discord.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Invoicing is available on the Enterprise plan.
